Anvic’s ‘Pink Ladies’ Race for Life
Piccadilly House short-listed for RICS Design and Innovation Award

 

We are delighted to announce that one of our buildings, Piccadilly House, has been short listed in the Design and Innovation category for this year’s Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) North West Awards.

Designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard, the property is the latest success story for Anvic. It was our vision to create a unique business space in Manchester city centre where design features and an inspiring interior environment were coupled with unrivalled service levels, extensive facilities and a great location.

The finals of the RICS North West Awards, which aim to celebrate the region’s most inspirational property initiatives and developments, will take place at the City of Manchester Stadium on 8th May 2009.
